Sales & Services Centre

TeleYemen has Sales and Services Centers in seven major cities: Sana’a, Aden, Taiz, Mukalla, Hodeidah, Ibb and Sayioun. It facilitates the following services:

· Billing Services

Customers can enquire and pay their bills in their nearest TeleYemen’s or Post Office's Centers.
If your service was disconnected for any reason please report that to the cashier while paying your bill.

· Telegraph:

Telegrams can be handed-in at TeleYemen Customer Service Centre or through the telex print gram service. A number of countries allow greeting telegrams at reduced rates.

· Sales Service:

At the sales point, you can get the Application forms, pay registration charges and get more details about TeleYemen services: IDD, Internet (Ynet), Dawli Prepaid Calling Cards, Inmarsat , Telex, Telegraph and Leased Lines.
