YR 500, 1000, 2000 and 4000
With this service the user can skip the stage of inputting the bin number and enter directly the dialed tel. number, and also you can save the tel numbers you are calling abroad by using "abbreviated code management function " where you can save up to 99 tel. number, then all what you have to do is to enter the abbreviated code only. in this way you have only to dial 196, then you will hear your balance then press your code e.g 23 to call your friend in UAE.
There is a mark up of 5% in addition to the IDD tariff.

This service is available for Fixed Tel Line, the customer can activated his account and charge it using Dawli cards with any amount and then he can use his fixed tel.line to make international calls using his balance. it has the following features:
1- the customer can control his Balance.
2- No bills or subscription.
4- Can protect his account using password.
Using feature of "IDD thru Dawli Cards" you can protect your telephone using password for international calls by the following:
1- from the main menue - select 15.
2- add the password (Max 5 numbers) .
3- Confirm password .
4- you can change your password by selecting 15 again.
Once you have opened an account in your Fixed Tel line, your account is charged with the first card value you have used. To add extra money to your account, just buy Dawli card YR500 , YR1000 , YR2000 or YR4000 and from the main menu select "16" then follow the voice prompt.
After entering the card PIN Number, follow the prompt and make your selection as follow: Press "11" to enter subscription service menu , press "13" to enter abbreviated code management function , press "14" to query your abbreviated code list , press "15" to change your password, press "16" to recharge your card; Press "17" to query your balance, Press "18" to query the expiry date.

International calls can be made in a number of different ways. Calls can be directly dialed from telephones which are registered with TeleYemen, or can be made from Mobile operators or telecom center, or they can be made by using TeleYemen International Dawli Cards.
You should visit:
- Any of TeleYemen branchesPTC offices.
For normal subscribers:
- PTC telephone agreement.
- ID card or trade license for Yemeni nationals or Passport for foreigners.
- Registration fee of YR 500.
Special requirements:
- Tenants are required to provide landlord’s consent.
- A letter of intent for companies.
- Telecom Centers have to pay a deposit of YR 10,000 for each line.
Your monthly bill will be sent to your P.O. Box on monthly basis, or you can call 153 to check your account whenever you want.
TeleYemen offers you a variety of ways to pay your bills:
- Via TeleYemen branches or PTC post offices.
If you didn’t pay two bills or you exceed your credit limit, your line would be disconnected.
It is YR 5000 by default but you can simply raise it by pay any amount.

There are many Reasons
1. The telephone cable wiring, if the tel line is very long and go around the whole house then the quality of the line will be very bad, you need to make the line go direct from street to your PC or Laptop.
2. MODEM, if you have bad quality (cheap) modem, then don't expect high speed
3. PC or Lap top, if it is old or slow, then the speed will be the same as well.

The POP mail is an e-mail from which you can send and receive e-mails using e-mail programs such as Outlook express and MS Outlook – not like free e-mails on the web.
Yes, you send up to 20MB attachment in one e-mail – but make sure first that the speed is good .

• Last but not least, make sure that your Internet bill is paid! When you call the 153 for assistance, there are a few common questions that the Help Desk personnel will ask you. It is important to have the following information ready:
• Your email address and Internet Account No. or Service No. you can get them from your Order form or Y.net bills.
• What kind of computer do you have?
• The Operating System you are using (For example, Vista, XP, Win NT, or Macintosh)
• It is ESSENTIAL that you are at the computer when you call. Many times there are things that the customer service staff can talk you through to resolve the problem or to get a better idea of what the problem is.
• The error message , its important to Write down the exact error message to be able to diagnose your problem.
• If the Customer service personnel are unable to answer your question or solve your problem over the telephone, we will suggest you bring your PC to TeleYemen office.
